Every project is split into milestones, and each milestone has a fixed price agreed before work starts. You pay per milestone, so you always know what you are spending and what you are getting for it.
Over one to two weeks I learn how your team works, map the manual steps and measure where the time goes. You get a ranked list of what to automate, a working prototype of the most valuable one, and a fixed quote to build it. It is useful on its own, whether or not we continue.
Over one to two weeks we decide what version one must do and who it is for. You get a one-page scope, a clickable prototype of the key screens, the architecture and stack, and a milestone plan with a fixed price for each. Many founders use it to raise money or test the idea before committing to the build.
Yes. They run on the same kind of stack I would build for you, using a live AI model. They are set in a fictional clinic so they can be shown in full; a version for your business would connect to your real phone line, calendar and systems.
No. AI is worth it where the work involves reading, writing, searching or talking: documents, emails, support, calls. For a lot of operations a well-designed workflow does the job better and costs less to run. The audit tells you which is which.
Yes. I work with clients worldwide and adjust my hours to overlap with yours. Most communication is written, with a short call at each milestone.

Yes. Support is available after any build, for fixes and improvements. If you would rather take it in-house, I document everything and hand over properly.
