What does it cost?
A one-time build fee, plus a monthly fee for hosting and support that depends on how many cases you run. Pricing varies by region, so tell me where you are based and I will send you a quote.
Is this ready to install today?
No. The demo shows how it works, and your portal is built around your process and branded as your own. We agree the scope and dates before the build starts, and those are what I deliver against.
Who owns the code and the data?
I keep ownership of the code, and your subscription gives you access to the portal. Your data stays yours, and you can export it at any time.
Who hosts it?
I host and maintain it for you, with hosting, updates and support covered by the monthly fee. We agree the hosting region before the build starts.
What about patient data rules?
Tell me which countries you and your clinics work in, so we can agree the hosting region and data terms in writing. Any formal compliance work, such as HIPAA or GDPR, is scoped separately with legal input.
Which planning software does it work with?
The viewer plays 3D files exported for each treatment stage. Tell me what your software exports, and I will confirm what is needed before you commit.
Does it send WhatsApp messages?
Not in the base portal, which sends email and in-app notifications. WhatsApp is available as an add-on.
What happens if we stop subscribing?
Your access ends, and you get a full export of your data.
