Led the backend and mobile teams to build an end-to-end EdTech platform for attendance, assessments, communication, and admin workflows — used by thousands of students and teachers.
Schools were drowning in paperwork and parents had zero visibility into their children's education. Teachers spent more time on administrative tasks than actually teaching.
The existing solutions were either too expensive for smaller schools or too complex for non-technical staff to use effectively.
I led the development of GrowOn — an end-to-end EdTech platform that digitizes school operations from attendance to assessments.

Worked closely with school administrators to understand their daily workflows. Prioritized features based on immediate pain points and regulatory requirements.
Architected and built the core API using Node.js and Express. Designed the database schema for complex educational hierarchies. Implemented real-time features using Socket.io for instant notifications.
Led a team of 3 developers building the Flutter mobile apps. Created responsive web dashboards for administrators and teachers.
