I built **Zorg** — a modern recruitment platform that transforms hiring using psychometric testing, stress-level analysis, and AI-generated personas. Core functionality includes: • Multi-role support: Admins, External HR, Internal HR, and Candidates • Personality + stress assessments using proprietary test formats • AI-generated persona profiles that visualize soft traits and fit • Application workflows with scoring and review dashboards • Secure onboarding and progress tracking
Guided the client through product scope definition, test UX design, and role segmentation. Helped map complex HR workflows into intuitive app flows.
Built APIs to handle dynamic assessments, result processing, AI persona generation (via OpenAI), and application flows. Managed secure storage of test data and logs.
