Developed an AI-integrated recruitment platform that uses psychometric testing and stress assessments to generate personalized candidate personas — improving hiring decisions for HR teams.

The Problem

Recruiters deal with overwhelming candidate pools, often relying on subjective opinions and outdated resumes. The client wanted a platform that: • Objectively evaluated candidates via tests • Used AI to generate a personality profile • Helped internal and external HR teams make data-driven hiring decisions

The Solution

I built **Zorg** — a modern recruitment platform that transforms hiring using psychometric testing, stress-level analysis, and AI-generated personas. Core functionality includes: • Multi-role support: Admins, External HR, Internal HR, and Candidates • Personality + stress assessments using proprietary test formats • AI-generated persona profiles that visualize soft traits and fit • Application workflows with scoring and review dashboards • Secure onboarding and progress tracking

My Role

Product

Guided the client through product scope definition, test UX design, and role segmentation. Helped map complex HR workflows into intuitive app flows.

Backend

Built APIs to handle dynamic assessments, result processing, AI persona generation (via OpenAI), and application flows. Managed secure storage of test data and logs.

Frontend

Developed dashboards and user flows in React + Redux, including role-based views for HR and candidates. Focused on clean design and test UX.

DevOps

Deployed staging and dev environments on Render and AWS. Set up logging, automated backups, and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Learnings

**HR Tech is Workflow-Driven** — Tools must fit real HR timelines (hiring cycles, approvals) and be easy to train new recruiters on. **AI Output Needs Context** — Early persona generations felt too vague. I learned to fine-tune prompts and outputs to match industry expectations. **Flexibility is Key** — Every HR team has a different process. We built custom fields, statuses, and scoring methods into the core design.
