The problem
Every Ramazan, hundreds of people registered for Itikaf, and the organising team managed all of it on paper forms and spreadsheets. There was no central way to allocate limited seats, verify identity, schedule visits to the Sheikh, or produce printed passes — and mistakes during a religious event carry real weight.
What I built
- Itikaf registration — a public form capturing personal and ID details
- Seat allocation — admins approve and assign limited places
- ID and badge printing — auto-generated, print-ready cards
- Meeting scheduler — visitors request time with the Sheikh, pending approval
- Admin dashboard — approvals, exports and reporting in one place
