The problem
The lab ran on WhatsApp, email and phone calls. Orders had no reliable status, clinics had no visibility into delivery timelines, and staff chased each other for information. Every order was tied to a real patient case, so errors were expensive.

- Workflow tracking — orders move through review, production, QA and delivery
- Internal messaging — secure chat between clinic staff and the lab
- File uploads — dental scans, prescriptions and reference images
